Day 1

So this morning I DID NOT get up to do my walk... I'm not going to break myself over it, however, because my daughter was up until 10. I am still going to stick with my smoothie for breakfast and my daily cup of coffee... I am addicted to coffee, by the way. I will NOT give it up on this plan! As far as exercise, I will move my walk to tonight so my daughter and fiance can go. Nix the bellydancing! I'm going to try Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred. It should be coming by the end of the week!
