I just wanna be healthy.

I have realized that MOST of my health issues stem from the fact that my body is overweight and unhealthy. It pains me when I can't even run up the stairs without getting winded! I am tired all the time and (maybe TMI), but going to the bathroom ain't a picnic either! I need to change for my body's sake. And my fiance and I would like to try for another baby within the next 5-8 years so I NEED to lose in order to go through another healthy pregnancy! EVERYTHING connects. It's one giant circle... Anyway, I had a huge cheese stuffed burger for supper and will probably have a chocolate milkshake for dessert. Then tomorrow at 5:30 I will be up and walking, after which I will have a yummy HEALTHY fruit smoothie for breakfast. I'm also going to look into taking vitamins. GNC here I come!
