Why here and why now?



Hi! I'm Tanya! I'm really glad you decided to follow me on this very important phase of my life. I am a 22 year old mom who currently weighs 227 pounds. I am only 5'6. My goal for one year is to lose 60 pounds and get back the body I used to have almost 3 years ago before having my daughter. I'm doing this for me, but also for her. It is a dream of mine to be there for her throughout life and all of its challenges. I want to be around for my Grand kids and even Great Grand kids! I want to be the hot Mom and hot Grandma you rarely see in REAL life. I care about myself too much to continue on the road of destruction. My health and well being is in jeopardy all because of lack of exercise and my unhealthy habit of eating the opposite of what is good for me. This is all going to change right here... right now! I will try to update daily or weekly and I will try to get progress pictures up every 4 weeks. My first goal for January 1st, 2010 is to lose 30 lbs. Wish me luck guys! I hope I inspire other parents and non-parents to get healthy and lose!
