My workout plan- thus far.
I am going to try to get in an hour walk in the mornings. That will be my first step exercise wise. The BIG issue will be CAN I get up at 5:30 EVERY morning to walk, when I could just stay in bed and do it later? I am also going to take up bellydancing, which is something I've ALWAYS wanted to do! Tonight will be my LAST high fat-high calorie meal complete with a totally bad for you dessert! For tomorrow the WORK begins!!!
