Sorry! New Update!

Sorry it's been so long since my last post! I started the 30 day shred last week Monday and I'm already seeing results! Not only losing inches and gaining muscle, but my stamina and energy levels have skyrocketed! I won't weigh myself until October 13th, when the 30 days are up, but I'll keep you posted!
